Mary Cayan, MSW, PCC, is a personal coach and artist with 20+ years of experience in assisting organizations and individuals to articulate and design their visions and make them real. She has worked extensively in the non-profit and government sectors doing needs assessment, grant-writing, strategic planning and fundraising. Mary is on staff at the Adler Coaching School. She's been a docent with the Minneapolis Institute of Arts for 13 years and is a founding member of the L’artivist public art movement, partnering with the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, the Toronto, Ontario school system, and Friends School of Minnesota.
